About Mark Stradley

Hi, I’m Mark Stradley, a local real estate professional serving Nampa and the surrounding Treasure Valley. As a newer real estate agent with NextHome, I’m excited to help individuals and families navigate one of the biggest steps in life: buying or selling a home.

In addition to real estate, I’m passionate about education and work as a high school teacher. Teaching has taught me the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and meeting people where they are—and I’m excited to bring those same qualities into my real estate career. I believe that an informed client is a confident client, and I want to make sure you understand every step of the process.

My goal is for every client to feel well cared for, valued, and treated like family. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime home, or simply trying to figure out what your next step looks like, I want to walk alongside you, answer your questions, and help make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Outside of real estate and teaching, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying my cabin, serving at Grace Bible Church, and making memories with my family and friends. I’m one of four siblings, with two brothers and a sister, and family has always been an important part of my life.
